The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY)
The Outstanding Building of the year “TOBY” Awards Program has been identified as the most prestigious of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. It recognizes quality and awards excellence in the daily management of the office buildings. Only winning properties on the local level will be asked to submit a portfolio to the regional level of competition.
Involvement in this program has nearly tripled from its inception 22 years ago, and has had the participation of a wide group of BOMA members. BOMA/GLA is proud to report our one property reaching the international level for years 2006 - 2008. TOBY has drawn attention to hundreds of office buildings across the United States and Canada, and to the owners, managers and architects who conceive, operate and design them.

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award from BOMA is the most prestigious award in commercial real estate.
