Education Courses

BOMA/GLA offers BOMI International professional development programs for professionals with property or facility management responsibilities. All of our courses can be applied toward one or more of our certificate or designation programs, making it easy to 1) start with a course, (2) earn a certificate, and (3) achieve your designation.

BOMI Certificate Programs

If you would like to gain knowledge, recognition, or establish a foundation for a future designation program, a BOMI International certificate program is right for you. Ideal for students who are new to the commercial real estate industry or are upgrading their skills, the certificate program provides credit for academic accomplishments and is a good way to begin your journey toward a BOMI International designation.

Property Administrator Certificate (PAC)

In the PAC program, you’ll focus on the design and operation of an office building, and you’ll learn best practices for accounting and financial controls. This is a great first step into further education in commercial real estate, and you’ll come out of it with the knowledge and tools to maximize value, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of your properties.
This certificate is ideal for professionals of all experience levels who are responsible for a single building or a portfolio.

Property Management Financial Proficiency Certificate (PMFP)

The PMFP is a great certificate for anyone providing property management and financial analysis services – either for a firm or a building owner. It will teach you to improve your overall efficiency, make better investment decisions, manage your assets more successfully, add value to your portfolio, and boost the bottom line of your company.
This certificate is ideal for anyone who analyzes, manages, and invests in real estate assets.

Facilities Management Certificate (FMC)
