This course is targeted for commercial real estate property managers with 3-5 years’ experience. It is designed to help property managers better understand the function of the asset manager in order to be more valuable to the entire commercial team, from owner on down.

This course qualifies for continuing professional development credits for the renewal of industry designations including RPA, FMA, and SMA through BOMI International.

How to Register:

Cancelation Policy:

This event Pre-Registration will close August 31, 2017. Any additional registrations will be accepted At-The-Door Only. If you need to cancel your registration for this event, you will need to do so before 5:30PM on August 31, 2017 in order to get a full refund. You can do this by emailing Briana Meza at: bmeza@bomagla.org. All cancelations must be in writing.  Payment must be received in full before you are officially registered. If you are paying by check and your payment has not been received by the registration deadline above, you will not be pre-registered for the event and you will need to pay the At-The-Door rate to participate in the event. There are no transfers or credits available from event to event. (Exceptions to the above guidelines: Golf Tournaments, Clambake, and TOBY Awards Gala-there will be no refunds made once you have registered for these events)
