Industrious, Century City
Opening Floor Plans and Tightening Security
With the growth of internet connectivity, the buildings of the future are turning into smart properties. People are changing the ways that they live and work, and many are eager to make use of buildings that are fully connected – from parking lots to shared work spaces to the apps that weave it all together.
To get a glimpse of a building that’s embracing these changes, we’re heading to the Industrious coworking space in Century City. This event will focus on a few main topics:
- How our buildings are evolving into smart properties and using unconventional office space.
- The needs and requirements of making sure smart buildings are secure.
- What goes into designing spaces that accommodate all this new technology.
Attendees will hear a panel discussion on the topics, can take part in a tour of the space, and have the option to spend the rest of the day working in the coworking space.
Barrett Stone, Senior Property Manager, Boston Properties
- Christie Fischetti, Principal, CM Partners Group
- Mathew Chaney, Partner, Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney
- Jaclyn Ward, Senior Vice President, Jones Lang LaSalle
