THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:
- Golf Tournaments
- TOBY Awards
- Magic Castle
- Casino Royale Cruise
- Awards of Excellence
- Commercial Real Estate Showcase
Education Courses – Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
All other events - Cancellations will be accepted up to 3 business days prior to the event.
Any additional registrations after the registration deadline will be accepted At-The-Door Only. If you need to cancel your registration for an event, you will need to do so before 5:30PM on the registration deadline to get a full refund. You can do this by emailing the events team at [email protected]
There are no transfers or credits available from event to event. All cancellations must be in writing.
Payment must be received in full before you are officially registered. If you are paying by check and your payment has not been received by the registration deadline, you will not be pre-registered for the event and you will need to pay the At-The-Door rate to participate in the event.
