Member Mixer Committee
The Member Mixer Committee will plan the event by selecting a venue, catering, DJ and securing sponsorships. The Member Mixer is a networking event for all membership types.
Staff Liaison: Director of Programs and Events
Responsibilities
- Venue selection
- Assist with event logistics (DJ, Catering)
- Secure sponsorships
- Event promotion
- Secure volunteers
Meeting Schedule
The Member Mixer Committee meets for an hour every month for six months, or as needed, via Zoom.
Time Committment
Committee members serve 6 months terms.
Number of Committee Members:
This committee consists of eight (8) members.
