BOMA Greater Los Angeles

Founded in 1915, the Building Owners and Managers Association Greater Los Angeles (BOMA/GLA) is one of the largest local BOMA associations representing 135 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Greater Los Angeles area. BOMA/GLA contributes $3.5 billion to California's economy annually. BOMA/GLA's mission is to enhance value in the commercial real estate industry. BOMA/GLA serves as an effective voice in advocating the industry's interests with important stakeholders.

Regional Councils

Regional Councils provide regular interaction for members in their local community delivering member value on a deeper, personal level.  The councils serve as a vital link for BOMA/GLA to ensure that members needs are met and that the association’s priorities are aligned with the annual business goals and agenda.

BOMA California

The Building Owners and Managers Association of California (BOMA Cal) is a federation of all eight metropolitan BOMA local associations in California and serves as the collective membership’s legislative and regulatory advocate in Sacramento. The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a federation of 88 BOMA U.S. associations and 18 international affiliates.
